Maintenance Policy
To ensure the system's smooth operation and continuous stability, we operate a solution operation support team and dedicated personnel to perform periodic maintenance.
The free maintenance period is one year after the system is built, and if maintenance is required thereafter, a separate contract is signed with the customer to perform paid maintenance.
Maintenance performance organization structure
In order to ensure stable system operation of the customer, if recovery is not possible through the first maintenance (remote), rapid recovery is performed through the second maintenance (on-site visit) by maintenance personnel.
Maintenance Processing Procedure
